2. Intermediate and Manual Skills Stream

Designed for workers in unregulated occupations under FEER categories 3, 4, or 5.

• Work Experience: At least two years of paid work experience in your main occupation within the past five years, including at least one year in Quebec.
• Education: A Quebec high school diploma or a diploma of at least one year full-time equivalent, corresponding to a DEP, ASP, or Attestation of College Studies.
• French Proficiency: Spoken French proficiency at NCLC level 5 or higher. Accompanying spouses require oral French at NCLC level 4 or higher.

3. Regulated Professions Stream

This stream is for candidates whose main occupation is listed on Quebec’s official List of Regulated Professions.

• Occupation Requirement: Your main profession must be on Quebec's regulated list.
