Eligibility Requirements
Work Experience
At least 1 year of continuous full-time (or equivalent part-time) work experience in the past 10 years in a skilled occupation (NOC TEER 0, 1, 2, or 3).
Language Proficiency
Minimum CLB 7 (equivalent to IELTS 6.0) in all four language abilities (reading, writing, listening, speaking) in English or French.
Education
Canadian secondary or post-secondary diploma, or foreign credential with an Educational Credential Assessment (ECA).
Settlement Funds
Proof of sufficient funds to support yourself and your family members (unless you have a valid job offer or are currently working in Canada).
Selection Factors (100 Points Minimum Required)
You need a minimum of 67 points out of 100 to be eligible for the FSW program. However, meeting the minimum points does not guarantee an invitation. Your CRS score in Express Entry will determine your ranking.
