By booking an appointment with Samaneh Kavei, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:
Samaneh Kavei is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.
The date, time, location (in-person or virtual), and means of contact will be emailed to you at the email address provided during booking. You will also be contacted two days prior to the appointment to provide initial information. Each consultation session lasts for 45 minutes.
Payment is required online at the time of booking. The fees are as follows:
Appointments can be canceled up to two days in advance for a full refund.
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the consultation.
Our appointment booking system may integrate with Google Calendar to manage appointment schedules. By using our services:
Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We use Google user data exclusively to provide and improve our appointment booking functionality and do not use it for any other purposes, including advertising or selling to third parties.

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers, but we ensure that all third-party services we use comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.
Samaneh Kavei shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the advice or information provided during the consultation. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service integrations, including but not limited to Google Calendar API, payment processors, or other service providers. Any technical issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with the respective service provider.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
