Consultation Terms

By booking an appointment with Samaneh Kavei, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

Certified Immigration Consultant

Samaneh Kavei is a member in good standing of the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC) and is bound by its By-law, Code of Professional Ethics, and Regulations.

Consultation Details

The date, time, location (in-person or virtual), and means of contact will be emailed to you at the email address provided during booking. You will also be contacted two days prior to the appointment to provide initial information. Each consultation session lasts for 45 minutes.

Payment Terms

Payment is required online at the time of booking. The fees are as follows:

• 100 CAD for virtual consultations
• 150 CAD for in-person consultations
• 200 CAD for urgent consultations

Cancellation Policy

Appointments can be canceled up to two days in advance for a full refund.

Confidentiality

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding all information exchanged during the consultation.

Google Calendar Integration

Our appointment booking system may integrate with Google Calendar to manage appointment schedules. By using our services:

• You acknowledge that we may access your Google Calendar to check availability and create appointment events
• You grant us permission to use Google Calendar API solely for the purpose of providing appointment scheduling functionality
• You understand that appointment events may be created in your Google Calendar when bookings are confirmed
• You can revoke Google Calendar access at any time through your Google Account settings

Our use of Google Calendar data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We use Google user data exclusively to provide and improve our appointment booking functionality and do not use it for any other purposes, including advertising or selling to third parties.

Third-Party Services

Our appointment booking system may use third-party services to provide functionality, including:

• Google Calendar API for appointment scheduling and calendar management
• Payment processors for secure payment processing
• Other service providers necessary to operate our booking system

Your use of third-party services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers, but we ensure that all third-party services we use comply with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

Limitation of Liability

Samaneh Kavei shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or expense arising from the advice or information provided during the consultation. We are not responsible for any issues arising from third-party service integrations, including but not limited to Google Calendar API, payment processors, or other service providers. Any technical issues with third-party services should be addressed directly with the respective service provider.

Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
